Personal goal(s):I want to be weigh at least 160 (with new muscle of course) with a more toned out body.
Motivation:The beach man, tired of being that guy without a nice toned body.

Personal feedback:Sounds rather complicated at quick glance but these workouts seem pretty easy.

This is the first time I have ever started a chart so I am going to keep a check list of me accomplishing my 2 mile cardio run daily. After 30 days I will weigh myself, post the results, and begin the next month.
