Why don't you suggest creatine? Lol, creatine is great. It's helped my lifts go up like crazy.

First of all it's not worth the price and what its made of. You can get similar results from using whey protein. You don't need creatine either, only people who really use it regularly are big bodybuilders and college/NFL football players. Protein is a better investment and doesn't have some of the side effects creatine does.
