I have always been fairly toned, on the slimmer side never extremely bony but I've always wanted to get bigger.. I'm in the lifting/conditioning pe class in my school to help get bigger but this year it isn't getting me too much bigger, I need to do more out of the class. I am fairly thin everywhere besides my stomach i have a fatty belly with decent abs covered. 2 months ago I decided to work to get really toned and burn off the fat I had to be more muscular with less fat (although it may not look like it, I'm about 13% BF). I decided to start doing abs and run each day to burn off the fat and make my abs sexy as fuck and defined. I did this for a few weeks but then when I had spring break, ever since I haven't followed through with my original plans of getting aesthetic af. This ab circuit idea is really good for me and I think now that I have people with similar goals to do it with, I'll be more motivated.
Weight: 147 (153 in feb)
Personal goal(s): 165-170 lbs of 5-7 %BF
I want to lose my body fat, gain mass but clean weight (muscle not fat), really have my abs defined and sexy, as well as increasing the size of my arms and chest (pecs included)
Motivation:
Getting bitches, looking sexy in my v necks, all in all just those 2.. I like to look good and being aesthetic af looks good and will help get my dick wet..
Workout Programs/Exercises used:
