Practically you cant do unless you have a specific machine. You have to go to a gym or a doctor so they cant take a bit of blood, which than results come with ur BF%

There's plenty of ways. Some are more accurate than others. If you want the most accurate, which I forgot what it's called, it's a bit pricey. It's this procedure where you get into ur underwear and they drop you into a tank filled with water and they used some computer to compute ur bf %. Some cities don't have these places to go to d0e. nomsayin? I doubt texas (90% desert?) is as updated as chicago, nomsayin? But yea, theres also a method where you get into your underwear and you step into a pod and they can measure it.  But if you're looking for something cheap that you can do at home, try buying calipers. If you go to the gym, most of them have that one bodyfat tool where you hold it out in front of you, (can't remember the name) but yeeeee, that's a bit inaccurate (probably 2-5 percent off your real bodyfat % but a good estimate).

There are 3 ways im Aware of on measuring your bodyfat percentage..Some people can just look in mirror and know roughly what there bf% is. Others usually use an online body measure with a measuring tape...One i can suggest is: http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/  ..It will not be 100% accurate but somewhat it gives you the rough idea of your possible bf% as it wont be far from the truth.

One that has been said to be very accurate is Skin Caliper. This article says everything on how to use,a video on the areas if you want to be spoon fed on how to do it :D and also a converter for you to plug your measured stats to get your bf%:   http://scoobysworkshop.com/body-fat-calculator/
