The form shown in the video isn't completely right. Wheb squatting, you want to make sure you incorporate the hip drive. What the hip drive does is that it puts more pressure on the hamstrings, which obviously means you'll grow more since youre training them harder and it also allows you to squat more weight. It's a bit hard to describe, but I'll upload a vid wheb im on my PC. Btw, when you had a hernia did you get a pump? I hurt myself 4wks ago, while squatting and was told by a doctor that it was a pulled muscle. Might get it checked again even though I dont have noticeable bumps or pain, just some tingling in the abs when I squat.
