So, i'll just be posting my daily work-outs here for the next two weeks or so. Some day I won't have anything due to the fact I have track meets.
Exercise - Working Muscle - Reps - Weight
Day 1 - Chest/Legs
Bench Press - Chest/Tri/Back - 3x250 3x255 3x260 3x265
Incline(Machine) - Chest/Tri/Back - 8x230 for all 4 sets - After 8 reps, 2 negatives.
Decline(DB) - Chest/Tri/Back - 8x180 8x190 6x200 5x200 (180 = two 90lb DBs)
Flys - Chest - 10-12 reps for each set with 35
Was suppose to do leg workout, got cut short because of track.
Day 2
I can already tell you, I have a track meet 45 mins away, so nothing will be posted here, unless I go to the gym at night.
2nd Place Shot Put :D - Overall we blew the other team out and stay undefeated on the season 4-0.
Day 3 - Power Lifts - Least favorite day except for the hang cleans.
Jumps - 10x135 for 4 sets
Jump Lifts - 10/135 4 sets
Hang Cleans - 10x135 8x155 8x175 7x185
Hand Snatches - 10x95 4 sets
2 mile run - night session
Day 4
Wasn't home the whole day, got home at 2:30 A.M.
Day 5 - Chest
Bench Press - 255x4 265x3 275x2 285x1
Incline DB- all sets of 5 - 90/95/100/100
Decline Press- sets of 8-10 - 225/235/235/235
