if i wouldnt say that the most of you will be spamming that form and that it is useless
now you actuarly need to read the post. that means u will get to know your members better and they will look up to you in an other position

it does it shows your interested in your fellow clan mates
you can read the topic and say okay that was it good for him.  or you can post your opinion and help other´s out your an elite and you shuld act like one
and help (new)members whit there problems. Some members post there progres like stats they trained  and quests they have done. As elite u shud say there doing
a good job so they will keep on training an keep on questing cause if you dont do that they will feel like it aint worth it cause no one appreciates it.

Agreed, active forums attracts the interest of new members and it dosnt take very long to get a few posts every day.
