Pop`s Chest/Tricep Current Routine

Please be aware i am cutting. My body is catabolic currently so all the strength and energy will not be the same and my workout had to be cut down by 1 or 2 exercises since im not building muscle currently,basically cutting up (losing anyfat and maintaining muscle).All exercises are to FAILURE

1 warmup set for 10reps
Flat dumbell Bench Press 3 sets 6-12 reps
Incline Dumbell bench press Or  Flat Bench Flyes 3sets 8-12 (Sometimes i do two of each)
Tricep pushdowns 2-4 sets 10-15 reps
3sets of pushups to failure.
*Dips used to be here but developing some pains in tricep dont know why but will figure it out).

20Minutes of steady paced cardio. In my case it is Stair climber machine. Cardio makes cutting alot more easier for me since more cals are burned so i can take in more food or choose not to for quicker loss.


Short?No one should be in gym lifting longer than a hour(THAT IS ALL NATURAL).All you are doing is producing Cortisol.If you are on pro hormones or Anabolic steroids.then feel free :D

good workout routine i think i will try this out .
could it be at you are going way to deep on your dips?  i know that going to deep can cause pain on your shoulders not sure about triceps.
if anything you should substitute dips for skull crushers :) ..
