Pop`s Back/Bicep Routine

					Warm-up of Latpulldowns with light weight neutral grip.
1.Pull-ups 2-3sets Till failure
2.Lat Pulldowns 1-3sets (if i complete all 3 sets of pullups with 6+ reps,if not i do 3sets of lat pulldowns)
3.Cable Rows 3sets 8-12 reps
4.V-Bar Pull-downs 2-3sets 8-12 reps
5.21s 1-2sets (if you are unaware what 21s are,go yt it)
6.Standing/Seated curls 1-2sets 6-10reps
7.**If my bicep for some reason isnt magically contracted decently,i will add in:One Arm 8.Concentration curls 1-2 sets.
9.Bent overRear Delt Flys 3 sets 8-15reps(For some reason i put this on my back/bicep day)
