I have a bad damaged lower-back thats recently been getting better,I am one of the main opposers of dead-lift you will find.Doctor already highly suggest staying away when i been have,So i must do with what i can. and i am on a caloric deficit. People who waste their time going hard all day on their biceps gets them nowhere.Your tricep is 2/3 your upper arm anyway and training triceps is what gets you big arms. And im not building muscle atm,im maintaining (cutting). Killing myself in gym is useless and dumb either way whether on deficit or not,Lol.But for the sake of argument,in this case since im cutting,not building no muscle so going extremely hard is useless
