i just wanted to ask some questions lately i been feeling weak cause i stopped going to the gym like i use i don't usually eat protein or do protein shakes when i workout what do you guys recommend me to  eat before working out and how do you take protein shakes

I dont really know much but you should always get a good amount of protein before/after working out and all of that.
and i guess protein shakes help

I usually have a small snack an hour before training then have a meal 30 mins after training. Go to the link David gave if you want to get more details :D
