This is what I've collected from my experience in P2P PKing. The gear below is what I recommend.
Gear
Minimum Mage Gear
TBers should switch out for Chaotic Staff > Staff of Light > Polypore Staff >Ancient Staff.
Minimum Melee Gear
Minimum Melee Tank Gear
Minimum Range Gear
Weapon swaps: Dual CCbows (Experienced PKers)> Royal Cbow > Handcannon > Crystal Bow
Minimum Range Tank Gear
Recommended Mage Gear
Recommended Melee Gear
Weapon swap: Chaotic Maul > Vesta Spear > Zamorakian Spear > Dragon Spear
Recommended Melee Tank Gear
Recommended Range Gear
Dual CCbows > Royal Cbow > Handcannon > Crystal Bow
Recommended Range Tank Gear
Gear can be swapped out for rags.
All weapons and shields are replaceable with an equally/better items. Using items of lesser quality just doesn't suffice anymore unless you're with a team of 10+ against a smaller team.
I always suggest that there is at least one TBer in the group(When in groups of 10 or more, 2 TBers should be used), and TBers should always be using a staff, bring entangles, Fire Surges. TBers have become an even more crucial part of Multi PKing, not only do they prevent the target(s) from tele-ing away from battle but they also have an extra smash, entangles, and of course damage.
Call outs and areas
- SS: South spot in the forinthry dungeon, south of the revs and north of the green dragons.
- NS: North spot "", north of the revs but south of the entrance.
-NE: North Entrance, its above NS.
- Switch to "....": Not too big of a hurry, possibly stun your target before you switch
- Hard switch to "....": Instantaneous switch to the called out target, waste absolutely no time.
- TB: Tele block
- CC: Crowd Control; ie, freezes, binds, stuns.
Use of abilities:
In P2P Multi PKing we completely rely on communication and timing our abilities as a whole, much like Arenas in WoW. Timing your binds, freezes, stuns, and ultimates is crucial, and communicating your uses of them is key.
- Stuns should be cycled. Taking turns throughout the team, and each person within the team should know the order of stuns. Example: Player 1 stuns, 4 seconds after stun wears off Player 2 stuns, 4 seconds later Player 3 stuns, so forth and so on.
- Freezes: There should always be one person on Ancients as well, providing more CC's. You should always being casting Ice Blitz when on freezes unless you have a Range heavy group. It should be pretty obvious when you should be casting your freezes, when you freeze someone or they are stunned you should began your normal mage rotation, when it wears off switch back to autocasting Blitz. UTILIZE ASPHYXIATE.
- Ultimates: These should be used when a target is A) Stunned ( Below 50% C) If one other person has an ultimate ready
Chain ultimates (one after another) causes immense amounts of pressure on the target, but you should never chain ulti with the same style of combat. ie; Mage & Range, Range & Melee
Bar setups:
-Range Bar

- Mage Bar
http://img801.imageshack.us/img801/4919/130108201351.png
Note: This is a Multi setup, keeping Barrage on the bar so it can be used when no one but targets are in the clump while having Ice Blitz on auto cast. If you were to do singles you would want to have Blood Barrage on autocast with Ice Barrage on your bar to control the fight.
- 2h Melee Bar:

I suggest bringing a shield switch for tanking purposes.
-Dual Wiel Melee Bar:

Yet again, recommended to bring a shield switch for tanking.

The last two ultimates will need to be used by judgement, if you're taking way too much damage then use Immortality. But if you're not doing too bad, sitting around 60% and taking some pressure pop Rejuvenate.
Hybridding:
Hybridding does seem pretty useless from a glance, but in reality if it's used correctly you can maximize your damage and completely control the fight. (Most kids in EoC panic when you start doing switches)
I don't recommend using a mixed bar when you can switch between bars easily and quickly thus maximizing damage and your adrenaline build up.
To switch between bars quickly hit shift + (number of the bar you want to switch to).
Having a mixed bar just doesn't do it, even with adrenaline pots.
If you P2P PK for at least a week you'll come to find out that controlling your opponent is key to winning, whether it be stunning so they can't eat or freezing/binding so they can't run. Along with that you'll find out that most everyone will pray against you, in these cases especially hybridding has become a must.
Hybridding with teams of 5 or less has proven to be very crucial in downing opposing teams, when you get bigger teams than that the need for hybrids start to decrease though it would make things even easier.
(My hands hurt from typing so much/fast I'll finish it up later)

Oh I do it allllllll the time but I don't suggest using them for anyone that is new to EoC PKing, Crystal bow is a good swap as well as a hand cannon. I'll be updating weapons to swap out for the ones in the pictures soon.
