rank wise it'd have to be xpnkrockemox at the top seeing as how every clan he gets a rank in closes like a week or 2 later. Only clan he had some type of input in was WAR and that has to be one of the most irrelevant clans that has been open for 6 months - 1 year.

also bvg since hes the biggest tryhard in the community. Opens a new clan every month that everybody forgets about the next day
