So over the summer I got off my workout routine and got close to 170 lbs again (for anyone that doesn't know I used to weigh around 210 lbs), so a couple months ago I set a goal to cut down to 150. I'm currently 153-155ish just from eating healthier and a bunch of cardio. I lost a lot of muscle.
Since I'm going to have a little bit more free time I'm going to try something new over the Winter. If I grow the balls I'll post a monthly picture with my progress, this topic will probably die within the next month but I'll bump it with a pic hopefully.
~ I take Six Star Muscle Ignition Pre-Workout before cardio & lifting
~ Eat 1500 calories a day
~ Lift all upperbody every other day
~ 5 miles of stairs on days I don't lift
On days that I have filled with plans and I can't do my workout I will make up for it with more cardio or just eating less calories...
My only recent pic, I'll update it with a more revealing one in a month (no homo):

That's it.....wish me luck lol

im confused, you're going to build muscle, but you're only going to eat 1500 calories?
Don't get me wrong but if you just eat breakfast, lunch and dinner you'll get aprox 1500~ calories.
EG:
Breakfast 2 slices of bread w/ cheese = 400-500 calories
Lunch: w/e you want also = 500~ calories
+ dinner around 800~
I advice you to ATLEAST eat 2000 calories (which is still 500 below average) to atleast stay health.
