Use that guide to give you an idea. If you're a good brid, bring 1 item switches and hybrid you're piles as you did in your vid. Ideally, you want as much food for tanking as possible especially during preps. With the inventory you currently have, you will die very fast in a prep. I'm sure you know the tanking combo (shark pneck brew) and how to hotkey.
