You could stay, but personally id say fuck dagon' hai and be just about enough to get you Turmoil, Dagon hai's and HC when your ready for around 35 defence.\

Stay 10 defence mate =] 20 isnt much diffrent, you can still get the slayer helm and stuff as a 10def.
