Just pouches, stamina pots, rings of dueling, energy pots, obviously pure ess, etc.
I'd plan using a more xp efficient method rather than a money method so I may charge a bit more than normal, it would be faster though, just a heads up.

Oh jeeze.. I couldn't give any estimates.. I'd say start with like 50 duel rings, I'll tp em till they are at (1) so you can resell.

Gotcha. I'll just load up on everything then, lol.
And don't worry about saving the Rings of duelling, as only the (8) variant is trade-able in Old School RuneScape.
Tbh, I'm too lazy to get pouches, and I can only use the small/medium (which is like a total of 9 extra essence); you cool doing it without them? They degrade after use anyways.
