get the dec top bottom before the halo since its 240 tickets less and ALOT BETTER if ur maging

Honestly for preps the prayer bonus actually comes in handy aswell as the bit extra mage bonus, but for mini's i'd say dec bottom.

with them gear setups the +3 pray doesnt come close to the def shit

bottom is +5, halo is for swag, mitre is basically as good, yes I agree 300 points for halo is not worth it, top is honestly the only needed thing.

^ this ESPECIALLY if you have under 20 defence, the defence bonuses are one of the few things that will bail you out and allow you to tank longer if you're low def
