The One & Only
20 Defence is more helpful for clanning overall but I recommend getting 70 Prayer instead/first for safer PKing, more efficient NMZ training, longer lasting inventories/lives at trips, etc.

Get 70 prayer because it's only a couple of combats, especially helpful for bridding and shit.
