AFK TRAINING GUIDE :

requirements :
+at least 20 attack and 20 str or 20 mage or 20 range....
+A Good weapon, training weapons are decent but cmon bruh
+some sort of healing method like shrimps, tunas , trouts salmon or even cabbage lmao

FIRST OF ALL : Activate the Edgeville lodgestone so when u die you can come back fast af

Head your way to the stronghold security dungeon with only a weapon and food, you can bring armour but if you get finessed thats your problem l0 and you only protect 2 items... so id recommend 25 prayer at the Nexus in lumbridge swamp its fast af and free....

Your inventory and person should look something like this...


The Stronghold is located in the center of barbarian village, south of edge. As you make your way there, careful for pkers and make sure you find your own room where you can be alone to gather all the monsters as they are aggressive.

And then from there, these monsters hit shit so your player can tank even without armour, be sure to come to the goblin room cause the Minotaur room is always savage bruh. every now and then u can watch your hp just like NMZ ON OSRS. GL Hope this helped you. Get big and come pk with I =]
