Would you say EOP is doing worse this year or Chelsea?

Pretty similar situations, losing to clans that they shouldn't be losing to. With Solo/Mourinho both gone, the new eras have gone opposite directions.

Therefore I would say EOP is more broken, as at least Hiddink fixed Chelsea.
