I know the email, I forgot the password though because I made it ages ago and was only used for the Rs account because my previous email used on it got hacked
I stupidly had the email pass saved on my phone which is obviously now unusable.
Tried filling out a recovery form from Microsoft but I didn't provide enough evidence the account was mine apparently.
I don't think there's any thing I can do about it.

You can contact jagex with provided info and get them delete the email on the account and they will set a new one

when the authenticator runs out, go on runecape and go to a account recovery and say that u got ur acc hijacked and that u dont have access to ur email and they make you type in like all the info to ur acc like where it was made, when, how, what isp, what cred card for payment, whats ur name, adress and all so u can recover it that way and they allow u to put a new email on it. This is how people get their accs hacked when ppl dox them. it will work trust me. ask me on ts if u need more help to find the page cuz its kinda hidden u have to mess around on the recovery page.
