I believe I drink a decent amount of water atm during workouts or just in general to keep feeling fresh during the amount of day.

Is it a substantial increase you need to drink or is it just making sure you have the normal amount as it is slightly easier?

I drink about 1.5 to 2 litres a day but mostly 2 litres+ everyday. I have a 1.5L bottle I carry around campus I finish everyday plus extra. On training days when I got rugby or athletics practice I have drink an extra litre of water but 2 to 3 litres is enough a day when you're on creatine.

lol you'll be pissing every 20 mins m8 i advise dont drink too much just before lessons and go toilet beforehand and during lessons dont drink too much and I dont drink much during my lectures to avoid going toilet lol

Yeah. I feel like if i drink a small amount towards end of lessons where i can use toilet and just drink most on afternoon ill be fine.

Might aim for more than 3L as if 3L is just the amount so ur not dehydrated its better to have alot of water for ur metabolism etc so we'll see how it goes
