You'll get less xp, of course.  But the effort you save from re-aggro'ing crabs and the AFKability makes nmz worth it to me.  Because once you hit those few extra str levels, the xp will be the same if not greater.  Nmz will is where you'll ultimately end up training regardless.  Hoped that gave some insight. ;)  If not, try bandits as Disloyal said.
