Seeing how there's only 2 officers, you guys should plan and host bigger events together. Like a weekly lava trip, or big minis with some not-so-great kids.

Also, don't just get events with this topic quota shit in mind. There should always be a goal that you're trying to reach, whether it be bigger pulls to minis or continuously inviting shitters so they improve. Idk how focused everybody is on p2p quality, but the work that low ranks are doing should always reflect the goals the higher ranks have.
