So we have been using Discord for a little over a month now for text chat and what not. We have been considering moving to it full time and not using Teamspeak. There are obviously benefits to both programs but that honestly just comes down to personal preference. Based on what you have seen do you like Discord or not. If Discord confuses you or something and you haven't taken time to figure out how it works don't bother giving your opinion.

I think discord is awesome, no need to use IRC anymore. (Public channel)

I like discord, the lay-out is pretty neat. You can see everyone who is on discord in a blink of an eye on the right side. Whereas you have to scroll down with teamspeak (which doenst give you a really good overview)

Furthermore the chatting part is also more convient in discord than TS in my opinion (+ bots are easily added) + the use of crossplatform chatting programs is really convenient (IRC + Discord).

Lastly: Discord opens automatically so it has less barriers than to join whereas you have to open ts > connect to a channel> join a specific lobby.

Not a fan of discord at all. Prefer Teamspeak,and irc. Plus discord makes my ping skyrocket for some retarded reason
