Basically make it mandatory for members / ranks to make at least 2 events per week since we have 2 trips on weekends and 1/2 preps and 1 midweek from now on making it 4/5 events a week. Ideally I'd want that to rise to 3 events per week focusing on the preps and weekend trips. If people don't show up to at least 2 events from now they should be retired as simple as that or find out why they couldn't attend.

Obviously things like work, events, personal issues, personal business or holidays etc are fine but if they don't even bother to give you a good reason then just take away their rank and give them retried.  

And if you ever see someone online and they're skipping an event that they KNOW we have just boot them cba dealing with idiots and half arsed kids anymore.

From now on we will be getting at least 1/2 preps a week leaving us with 1 midweek which can be on Wednesday's since it's easier for the majority of people to make Tuesday's and Thursday's (prep days)  so basically prioritizing preps over midweeks leaving us with Monday's and Friday's for other events like recruiting etc.
