Done with 60 Agility. Fell once in the Underground Pass, so I lost ~45seconds of time. :( I believe that Sub 25mins is possible with perfect clicks, but other than falling once, this was pretty close to a perfect run.

Edit: New PB time for Watchtower Quest too. :D I Think sub 15mins is possible if you get good RNG on the fingernails and skavid caves.
