creatine worked wonders for me, just got lazy , had no side effects for me though, just keep working if you do creatine other wise you'll just go back to how you were before.

Yes. A strong brain can improve protein synthesis = better growth rate. It's also good for the heart and can really hlp you years from now. Get multis if you have money for them. PM me on facebook if you have any questions.

When ever I drink Creatine, I feel like my Veins on my arms pop out a lot more then Normal. Regardless I've been off this for a good few months now.. Gotta buy a new Tub.
