Motivation: From my early childhood, I was a fat kid.. I ate all the shit.. never lost my baby fat
and I was actually tormented for that. I really disliked that and started my journey a longgg time
ago back in January going from 73-62KG and now im back to 68 and I wanna keep it down -_-
Workout Programs/Exercises used: I play soccer 2 times a week (competitive), try run every other
day I dont have soccer and general fitness shit with my bro (Massive Body Builder - Used 2 be Fat too)
Personal feedback: I honestly think I can do it its just the little binge snacks that I take is the main
problem -_-, Will update when results Show doe
