					I start the gym again friday, Had to stop due to being illegal to be on the road  Hopefully get my liscence back friday and back down the gym
 Hopefully get my liscence back friday and back down the gym  im at 9% body fat currently, Not due to me being insanely ripped just because I have a very good diet written up by my colleague who is also a Personal trainer and does mr olympia comps, My diet consists of 1 Cheat meal every friday which he actually says helps! Especially with will power ^.^

All my food is pre cooked on a monday I cook around 30 meals for monday - friday bar boiled eggs!
An Example of my day currently as I work nights would be:
Edit: Obviously I chuck in things like cod liver oils + macadamia nuts seperatly when I buy them, But I don't buy them as a rule
Protein Shake with 100g Oatmeal Around 10 Am (when I wake up from work) + cook 7 Boiled eggs
Porridge Oats with a spoon of protein 10:30-12
Brown Rice with Chicken and Asparagus 12/12:30
Protein Shake + Creatine + Pre work out + 100g Oatmeal - 1:45
Gym - 14:00 - 16:00
Protein Shake (on its own) 16:05
Brocolli + Peas + Turkey + New Potatoes 17:30
2-3 Boiled Eggs 20:30
Leave for work at 21:00
Arrive at work 23:00 and Eat Lunch Pasta + Low Fat Mayo + 1 Boiled Egg + Tuna
Work from 00:00 - 03:30 Get in van and Eat remaining 3-4 Boiled eggs
Sleep On way home (I don't drive home) Wake up at 5:30 at work yard Drive to mine home at 06:00
Sleep 06:00 - 10:00
Start Over
Realistically I get around 6-8 Hours sleep a night, My life is very regimental.. This ofcourse Is only when i go to the gym which currently im not! But will be as of Friday if I get my liscence back for my car!
