I decided I'm going to keep my topic active by posting what I eat so over the period of the month I can look at my other posts and see what I ate exactly.

Just ate 5 boneless chicken wings and like 10 potato wedges. I drank a water bottle w/ crystal light energy packet (0 cals).

Got cardio done for the day. I have to start at Scissor Kick on my abcircuits and do 36 extra obliques when I get home. I also still need to do dumbbell exercises. Off 2 work.

At work I ate a bowl of trix cereal, 2 glasses of water, and a small glass of ginger ale. After work I ate a chicken quesidilla and beef taco no lettuce with a small mocha iced coffee.
Gonna go get my ab circuits and dumbbells done now.

After doing some research I have learned that it's better to weight lift every other day. So on my check list that will just be my ab circuits and then every other day will be my lifting. Friday, Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday is my lifting schedule. Today's weightlifting/cardio/ab circuits are done.

good luck man technically ur only supposed to do abs every 2 days even 3 days but ur supposed to burn them very hard and u can lift every day just do different parts of ur body each day
