Diet is the biggest thing, wake up early AM while your body still has nothing in it, and do cardio. Guaranteed results.
Don't believe me? Look it up. The AM is the only time your body isn't going to be using stored fats, instead it'll be burning excess.
You're going to feel like shit and have little to no energy if you correct your diet, but that's the best way to lose weight.
Also, look up the "Military diet"

20kg in a month? Try cutting off a limb because that's the most probable way.
Honestly though, do weight training then cardio right afterwards. Drink tons of tea to keep your metabolism going, and reduce your carbs to almost non-existant in your diet.

20kg in 1 month is not realistic, that being said eat below your caloric maintainance (about 500-1000kcal). You'll lose about .5-1kg/week.
Or do cardio, but nobody likes cardio. . .
