Well if it's bad then it can be worked on and having them camp out main callers will only improve the people who are not so good, if everyone who is able to talk on trips can call and had a good idea of what to do it can work out, it takes time and practice

Only way to 'fix' the problem is if every clan stops bringing mains but we all know that's not going to happen...
