Yo officers. I know at the moment a lot of you are probably thinking that you don't actually need to recruit but the thing is, you should be getting ATLEAST 1 RECRUIT per week and have them on the weekend trips. From my time as being officer I always made sure that I had recruits and that I was putting in atleast 1 hour a day recruiting. But I feel like a few of you NOT ALL OF YOU, think that all you need to do is get your events done...


Go the extra mile, Have atleast 1 guy on this saturday and Make them APPLY. We're very close to being #1 undisputed.

Agreed. If you're not doing that, the minimum you should be doing is poking guys, hanging out in TS with new people, reminding people to be hyped for the weekend, etc. Dont just sit back when you're not playing RS.
