@ The Officer Jobs topic says everybody is expected to recruit, but who actually has?  It's clearly not being enforced so what would make us want to?  You should get more strict with it and say you need to have one recruit every two weeks or your rank is taken away.  Right now I'm not especially motivated to do anything other than host events.  I feel as though the other officers can agree with me.

Well if you are ever looking to be higher than "Officer" (Which you should be, cos u have potential) You should be actively recruiting, it shows you want that higher rank and that you actually care about the clan. It is a req to recruit so just get one guy per week, is that hard? I don't care who has and hasn't done it to be honest at this moment.
