You looking for macros? Go for a 40/40/20, FYI I'd only advise counting macros if you're extremely dedicated, it's honestly not that important.
Eat your body weight or more in grams of protein and carb. For example, if you're 150 lbs, eat 150-200g of protein and carb, the rest fat.
Shit isn't rocket science, my boy.
Want a meal plan?
Get your carb from sweet potato and brown rice.
Get your protein from chicken, fish, and lean red meat.
Get your fat from fish/flax oil, nuts, and your proteins.
Get yourself a mass gainer and a preworkout.

Only calc you need is a BMR calculator.
1g Protein = 4 calories
1g Carb = 4 calories

Prob effects your liver as much as a few beers would. I usually buy a homemade pre-workout stack seeing how you save 50% if you were to buy like jack3d. Only thing really in it is caffeine, glutamine, bcaas, creatine and beta-alinine..maybe some L-arginine.
Mass-gainers do wonders for those looking to put on size fast but can't manage to fit in the calories.
