You do realize millions of men worldwide are prescribed testosterone worldwide. The side effects of steroids are nothing more than hyperboles. As long as you keep your doses within reason, and live a healthy life style, recreational steroid use is more safe than drinking alcohol every weekend, or having a suboptimal diet. Absolutely LOL if you think something like a simple mass gainer is going to greatly shorten your life.


Also don't bother counting your macro's just keep your proteins high, and eat at a caloric surplus/deficit depending on your goals. The difference is negligible, especially for a natural lifter.
