push-ups don't do shit for biceps, they are mostly for shoulder and chest.

But i like the park/pull up idea. Instead of running home i can run to the park and do pull-ups 3 sets of 15 and run back home after. thanks oneddd

Pullups are for back/bicep

Pushups are for chest/triceps..The wider the grip is the more chest involvement..The more narrower the more triceps.And you might aswell do pushups aswell (i dont see no shoulder exercises nor traps but w.e)

Also dont forget legs,its half of your body,lol

Yea, I will continue doing pushups..

This is what my work out consists of.

1st - 2 Mile run to school and back home

2nd - Push ups until my arms give out

3rd - Legs up Sit ups / Reverse Sit ups 4 sets of 25 each.

4th - Push ups until my arms give out in between each set of sit ups.

5th - Trunk Lifts 3 sets of 15

is that good for no gym?

Chin ups. Not pull ups. There's a difference lol watch a vid on youtube, but it'd be good for you if you did both pull ups/chin ups. Let's just hope you can do 3 sets of 15 b/c they're challenging :P But you got the black genetics so it's all good lol. Also, if you want to see greater results try doing a couple more sets. Btw, when doing pull ups try using a wide grip as it targets the back a bit more and for chin ups use a close grip. Chin ups=biceps Pull ups= Back

Oh and you should consider getting into Calisthenics. It's great for your core and other parts of the body.

pullups - backs


To work out triceps, I recommend getting a 15-20 pound dumbbell, put it behind your head and hold it, and lift it above your head. Also, dips help out your tris like crazy. Be sure to keep your elbows in, not out when you do that. Put your feet up, etc. Look it up on youtube


Biceps, jack off. lol jk... basically just do curls... curls for the girls my man

Regular pushups and inverted pushups (other way in which it works your triceps too) along with chair dips
